   Not delivered bcz of one parcel

   Subrata Das called me on Nov 2 at 2:08 -15 1st and asked my location, I told him then I call Nov 5:00 where is your agent he said he left with my parcel. Then I called 8:19 bcz I didnt get my parcel so I called him again he said .. he went but not able to delivered bcz address is not written properly (time 8:19 night). but he asked me in call and I mentioned the location. Then he didn't deliver then he told pick your own parcel if can I said yes time 2Nov 8:19. But then I thought Ive already paid delivery charges 100/- so I called the main location(jaipur) where I had purchased my product. She said she will told him to deliver. Though I don't know her conversation with him. Then I called subhrata das again and told him please deliver my parcel bcz I can't go there. He said okay he will... he will then he said day before yesterday there is no agent there to deliver. Tomorrow he can't also deliver bcz one agent will be absent so he will deliver Today friday. I call him today 11:17 morning he didn't pick up my call and switch off the phone. I called him in his personal number. He said office is closed today. And yesterday he didnt deliver bcz of one parcel, also I told told him that I will pick up.(but I didn't, I said to deliver ) now he is saying my home is far away also, he will deliver tomorrow if he can . But if possible pick up your parcel own. Why I will pick up ? I paid for it right. Today he behaved very bad and cut my phone while I'm talking. Whatever I have told. Above. It's true. Else you can track his call recorder for our entire conversation. I want to raised complaint against him. For NOT DELIVERED JUST BECAUSE OF ONE PARCEL. AS HE SAID EARLIER THAT HE CAN NOT ABLE TO DETECT LOCATION BUT ALSO ASK ME THE LOCATION AND UNDERSTAND WHERE MY LOCATION IS. BUT STILL DID NOT DELIVER.
