   Worst behavior and non responsive VRL staff

   HI Had gone to deliver a courier in Kudlu gate Bommanhalli (29-Nov-2022) VRL office, first impression from the employee is don't courier from VRL it will take 4-5 days to reach and gets busy with his work without talking to you nor responding to any of your queries. I ask him same questions multiple times and they become busy with their online queries and become busy on phone. after 10-15 minutes he said he wants a invoice When i said i want to deliver food item from home he again became busy with his work. afte 30 minutes he turns back to me and says we will not delivery please go away. Not sure how they call VRL as logistic company having employees like these, i thought of bringing this thing to notice of people about my first time experience in Bangalore office. Not to mentioned i dont want to use this service in courier/bus or any other means.
