VRL logistics in Thrissur-Kerala,very bad result from their side.They have no sufficient contact number.They did not despatch materials on right time.So many time they given disappointment result in material dispatching subject.
Astonishingly Unprofessional
Hello! This is about a very unhappy experience with VRL Logistics. I am a representative of a reputed automotive performance tune up firm based in Kerala. We recently had ordered a suspension kit for one of our customers from a dealer in Bangalore. The package (9010995082) was shipped through VRL Logistics on 18-Aug-2021. It was a 'to pay' door delivery. As it is an urgent requirement, I tried tracking and your tracking portal said it has reached Nehru Nagar branch in Thrissur, which is only less than two kilometres from our shop, on 23-Aug-2021. I got a call the next day, 24th, which I missed and called back in just 5 minutes. The person (093498 46296), I believe is your delivery agent, said he left the package back at the office because I didn't pick up the call. I don't know if that's how your network works. This person is supposed to deliver it at the shop, which is a huge building right on the side of a main road, instead he called before he left your office and blames me for calling back in just 5 minutes. He also said the package will be coming in a delivery vehicle by afternoon. Today, I called this person in the morning and he said it will be delivered today, I did not receive it. And when I called in the evening, he sounded drunk, and rudely told me he doesn't have a responsibility of the package anymore and hung up before I could even ask anything further. I called him back thinking the call had dropped and he kept ignoring the calls. I called your office Mobile number (09513934816) and the person said he's not at the office and wants me to call him in the morning at 9 to get my package that's coming by your logistic 'service' which we pay for a door delivery. I don't want to mention the loss we have to face as a company that values professional ethics and customer services. I am ready to pick it up myself to which they said it will be delivered at the shop. I need an explanation for the insult as your customer, a less delayed delivery and a decent compensation of any kind from VRL Logistics. With the experiences so far, I hardly believe this mail will be acknowledged. I'd consider myself lucky if you took any action.
