Extra charges

Hi, My Material has been booked from Bangalore on 25'th june 2022. My parcel is only one pakage and the weight of the parcel is maximum 9 kg. But they had put 30 kg, and they have billed 99 for frieght charges and extra 100 for some other charges like sms, stationary, toll like that and total bill is 200,and that amount also paid. Today, 28'th June i have taked delivery of my material in namakkal, Tamilnadu. They ask me to give 50 rs extra for office charge and hamali, and this what our company instruct us to clime from the customer. Worst experience in my life today in delivery place.
