No service and bad customer experience
Very Bad Customer experience, No ethical way of talking. They only want to sell vehicles and do not want to provide any support or service. Will request people to avoid buying from this store. Owner is very arrogant and do not have audacity to speak politely with customer. The owner has no respect for customers and spoke very rudely stating that as he has not sold this vehicle, therefore he does not owe any service for the Pure Neo Etrance. As he does not receive any commission out of it and they do not care for other customers of Pure vehicle. I have performed paid service of my electric bike at this store, then also this kind of reply is not expected and now I have to carry my bike's battery back to Jamshedpur from where I have bought it. Over all very bad support for Pure Electric bikes as it's only specific to particular dealer from were you buy the bike.
