   No signals on TV

   Dear Sir, My AIRTEL DTH TV Id. No. is 3007523261. This connetion is held at Mandsaur [M.P.] This TV connection is out of order since yesterday morning. Several times I had tried to lodge complaint on Ph. No. 07554448080, but could not do it because it is not recognizing my AIRTEL DTH TV Id. No. is 3007523261. My registered mobile No. with Airtel is 9425364946, by which I was making complaint. Every time tap voice repeats that you have posted wrong account Number. I am very sorry to say that most of the customers knows their DTH TV Id. Number instead of account Number, simple reason is that at the time of recharge you ask only DTH TV Id. Number instead of account Number. Then why you are harassing us not lodging complaint through my AIRTEL DTH TV Id. No. is 3007523261 on Ph. No. 07554448080. I don't know my account number, I knows only my AIRTEL DTH TV Id. No. is 3007523261. Kindly take necessary action at the earliest so as to enable continue service.
