Engine complaint

We bought new Jcb on 21st January 2021. within one month engine oil has below low level that complaint has didn't clear at this time.

Regarding service warranty

I bought a new 3dx 2wd machine in 2020. When I purchased it, they told me that it has 2-year or 4000 hrs warranty. In 2 days ago, I called the service center to change oils, they told me that your warranty period only one year, not 2 years, so we don't do free service..pls consider this problem and extend warranty time also.. thanks.. machine number 2944009. poor service experience
