Pathetic
Unfortunately there is no way to give zero star..there service is pathetic ,worst, not reliable facing issue with geyser from last 6 months..They are not responsive for a months ,had to raise multiple request from crompton site only then will call us. Thy don't have spare parts ,like capacitor ,indicator coil..they around years to solve customers query.. I request consumer to check before buying crompton product if service provider is this one then please don't buy these crompton product otherwise you have to waste your energy and efforts following them. They just don't want to solve users query they postpone it till eternity.They become unresponsive fro ages... please dont depend on this worst service provider...
