   I bought a bike and financed by capital first.today, appox. 5year my bike loan is clear.but my N.O.C. is not sent to me. I have no loan no. And no mobile no. Related to this. If loan is not clear these banks are realize us by phone or personally .but when the loan is clear their responsibillity is end.it is their duty that they send me my N.O.C. by post.that is why capitalis un responsible
