Muthoot finance is a total rip off. When I first took a loan of 7.10 lac i was told i will be charged ROI of 12% p.a And i was informed by Thomas babu who used to work there that the interest will be on reducing balance. The emi amount was quoted 7100/- how ever I have been paying amount ranging from 7.5 k till 32k per month. As per the muthoot finance app i have so far paid 91k towards interest and only 8k has been deducted from my principal amount. I cannot afford to pay so much emi every month when I went to the store i learnt Thomas has left and someone called Suraj attended me. When i said you guys are ripping me he very shamelessly said but still people come to take loan from here. I am putting this review for folks who are need of money and has gold to mortgage. Please do not go to muthoot there are thieves.
