REFUND OF HOUSING LOAN INSURANCE NO.HOU/THA/0319/670277
R/sirs I had taken housing loan no. HOU/THA/0319/670277 for Rs. 28,14,000 on Sep 10, 2019 from PNB housing , Thana branch . I had paid housing loan insurance to cover the loan amount ( through HDFC). I have transferred my loan to Axis Bank on 14.09.2019 and hence requested to refund housing loan insurance amount . HDFC has informed that an amount of Rs.53500.98 has ben transferred to PNB vide UTR no. 110250601372 dtd. 25.10.2021 and it would be credited to my account by PNB in 3 working days. However in spite of over 20 days having passed there is no further action on your behalf. I have contacted your executives innumerable number of times on phone but they are daily dilly dallying . taking my details again and again but not giving any further reply or intimating the action taken. Tired of this dilly dallying , i am per forced to contact you in the hope of speedy action and refund of the insurance amount of Rs. 53500.98. thanking you Yours sincerely, Sd/- Pramod Atmaram Pawar. 9372351907
