   Absolutely worst customer service

   We took a loan with id : TN3008CD0027142 for our mobile... till today i have never seen a worst customer service for the loan repayment and response to customer aspect... Every month we are maintaining balance in the account but its not auto debited and phone is getting locked automatically.. we have raised complaint multiple time and in whats app if we check in tvs credit service the balance overdue is 0. who is going to take responsibility to this and respond back no one cares here..... i think an absolute waste of time with this TVS finance...
