No proper customer service
I am not at all happy with the customer service here in bobbili sir...they r not at all responding to the complaint given by the customers..I asked about shifting of AC but no response so far.i choose to buy godrej products bcoz of its customer service but southern agencies in bobbili is not bothering at all so plz ..check this. Even my new godrej refrigerator had a problem vch vn told was not corrected so far...so what is the of buying in southern agencies vn customer service is so bad...
