Misbehaved of your Delivery Man.

With due respect, I want to tell you that your delivery man is not good. My cylinder delivered today at 10:15 A.M. When I asked him to the cylinder gas is full, please wait the cylinder, then he said you give me full money of cylinder, then no need to ask anything about cylinder .
