Very poor service
The delivery man Suresh from Aakanksha Bharat Gas is very rude and never deliver the cylinder. In spite of telling him hundred times he finishes all the refills and them says that no refills are left and will deliver the next day...this is really a headache for me...Either you people change the delivery man here in Kusgaon or kindly fire this guy
Service not proper
Inspite of cylinder booking done ,vehicle came 2 times but cylinder is not delivered . Booking of cylinder was cancelled automatically, so again booked cylinder and call their lonavala office. The lady took call and answered to wait for 2 days but after 2 days also I didn't got cylinder. The office people are also irresponsible and the person who comes to deliver cylinder takes money and give cylinder to any person. No record to whom cylinder is delivered. And so on
i dint receive refill still i got the message of delivered .
i have booked online my refill and paid in advance the amount on 18-10-21 i got message on 19 /10 that cylinder is delivered but i dint received i think lineman has done some black bazaar. so i think paying in advance from account is risky.....now i m searching for zonal officer number to complaint about this ...i
