Devlivery agent rude impropriate behavior not delivering on doorstep arguing

As our Bhalekar Nagar pimple gurav colony road was under construction from last 6months so the sandesh gas agency of pimple gurav was not delivering it at door step which we can also understand but now when the streets are ok to go and other agencies are giving door step your delivery guy says that his vechicle is unable to take turns so how he is driving it so for the reason asking us to come and take the cylinder from which ever colony he is today I said to him that our streets are fine and if you want you can take a turn also and go back or but still he argued and after a long argument he agreed and brought the cylinder which normal lick while their was bubbles while checking to that to he says that its fine for you you will get this only cylinder and when he came and my wife asked him that from next month will you delivery properly on that again he started arguing that if streets are ok I will so my son showed him a picture of other agency vehicles which were delivering and your same guy is coming and giving to our neighborhood the delivery why because the pimple gurav agency guy is his friend and your guy argued so much my son said if your vehicle is having problem to take turns ask the company to repair or change the vehicle on that he said you give me money I will change it on that we said the company is providing you the salary he said no i'm delivering it free you have to give me delivery charges for it and my wife has already given him 10rs extra for delivery he says that i'm providing you the cylinder for free your only paying for the cylinder and company is not paying any salary to me to deliver the cylinder such a rude and disgusting guys you have kept for delivery before him 1 uncle was their he was such a good person no complaints never but this guy every month whenever we book the cylinder we have an argument due to delivery because he is not delivering and its not only our problem its everyones problem staying near by many time we all went to the agency in pimple gurav for complaint but the lady in the office just talk in air only negligence the delivery guys name is karan gaikwad he says i'm alone other agency their are 2person for delivery so the can come in your colony what kind of foolish answers is he giving and top of that says company id not paying me salary are you so he is working free for you ? Please its a humble request please change the guy or ask him to delivery the cylinder properly without having an argument thank you
