   May i book cylinder through IVRS number from last 4 days but still not received cylinder.

   Kalwa General Electrical and radio Center ) Staff was not supportive and bad behavior

   Dear Bharat Gas Thane Team i m Ganesh From Thane .i m using this Bharat gas service last 11 years ago and still time. Still that people not support as well as subsidy lost 1 years 6 Months due to Branch (Kalwa General Electrical and radio Center ) Staff was not supportive and bad behavior i Request to u please resolve my issue otherwise i m cancelled the Bharat gas service Bharat gas one of the oldest suppliers of lpg, but I feel many problems in Bharat gas, the first problem I faced was booking a lpg cylinder, then many times they said my booking is canceled, then many of my cylinders were sold to someone, this was very problematic issue, and when I said this problem the officials were not helping, so Bharat gas has to improve a lot, in all of its departments, as Bharat gas don't have proper staff to work, but still they deliver not on time but at least they try to do their best. I Appreciate the Gujarat-Ahmadabad-Bharat gas office Staff .Thanks the Gujarat team Recommendation : If you are planning to take a new lpg cylinder then I would not recommend Bharat gas.    Recieved message cylinder delivered... May I ask to whom...we have not recieved it then why the message Where is our cylinder...is it given to someone else Regarding behaviour of staff...no changes for the past 10/12 years...pathetic
