Very rude behaviour with the office representative

I booked gas on 07 Feb 2018, did not received it till date i.e., 15 Feb 2018, when called up the representative named Ajay, the way he was talk was very rude. He said he cannot get the gas on his person vehicle, until he don't get sufficient bills from the same area he will not be able to deliver it. Upon insisting, he said they will delivery the vehicle tomorrow i.e., 16 Feb 2018 and he even said if we want it urgently, we need to go ahead and personal get the gas.
