Documents not given, subsidy not returned
On 6 Nov 19 the TV & Aadhar card, bank documents was given to Kajla gas agency Gajraula. Rs 4500 the 2 cylinders where given. Till date the consumer id , SV & documents not given. Every cylinder he is taking Rs 900/ per cylinder and subsidy not received in my bank account. More than 15 times i have visited Kajla gas agency every time he is replied that the u/ processing , system running slow etc.

Kajal gas agency has taken doucments & Rs 4500 (TV, Aadhar card, bank detail) on 6 Nov 19 and till date not given SV, consumer id, book . Every gas cylinder he is charging Rs 900/- without any bill and also no subsidy has returned till date.
