Poor delivery
Madam. I request you to look after your diliver service it's very very very poor I ordered the gas on 25:03:20 Till now I didn't get it I call to your office staff they ask me two day time But same think no response Today I went to your office in PC mittal bus stand They told to drive and drive said to me that he will deliver today but till now I didn't get my gas I call the diver at 2:00pm he said me that he will deliver within 2hour but it's almost 5:30 pm I am calling him but he didn't received my call So I request you to look after this service. Thank you

Mai Damragram gaon ka niwasi hoon. Jo ki Salbari Bazar ke uttrari disha mai hai. Madam bohut dino se mai gas cylinder lene Devidanga ja ki 25 se 30 minutes ka rasta hai. Aur bhi bohut sare costomer hai hamare gaon mai jo Bharat Gas use karte hai. Lekin sabhi ka haal ek jaisa hai. Kai baar complain karne ke baad v home delivery facility hum logo ko nhi mili. Madam mujhe ummid hai ki aap mere iss prastaw ko swikarengi aur jald hi is par koi action lengi. poor service

Very poor service, they always give false commitment, never deliver on time. Customer has to follow up every day. Will not recommend.
