   Refusing to delivering gas on booking

   Iam a consumer of Bharat gas under Alolika gas agency we made booking vide Booking reference no on dated But the vendor of the said agency still denying to deliver the gas as his urge is that there is the water logging in my area where I resides at present . But the matter is this that after precipitation almost whole area of howrah districts are submerge in to the water even after the essentials services like dairy services , gas delivery services of other unit or agencies are also viewing . Can a vendor directly deny to a customer/ consumer for not delivering of LPG cylinder to his booked address.

   You gas service is too bad. 1st of all after booking is very delay service. Another problem is last 4 time I have received cylender. Every time is facing leakage problem... why it will happen? Just today I want to connect new cylender of bharat gas again facing same leakage problem..so please resolve my problem on urgent basis.. Nandita Ghosh 9123954508

   Delivered empty Gas Cylinder

   The delivery system is so poor. The delivery men does not carry any weight machine with them. So we are not able to check the actual weight of the Gas Cylinder what we have paid for. That's why some of cylinder goes for two months and some one and half. After informing again and again to the delivery men the issue they doesn't carry the weight machine with them still. Actually delivery men and the agency doesn't bother it. We have to take the Gas Cylinder blindly as per Alolika. As others have adopted this rule, we have adopted it as well. But last 11th Feb, 2024 a delivery man delivered a cylinder without weight it as usual, and it was empty on 15th February. Although there was not much cooking at home at that time as there was a function going on, food was being brought in from outside. Then when Alolika's office was informed, they refused to accept it. They blamed us for not weighing the gas cylinders. But how do we weigh the gas if the delivery man doesn't have a weighing machine?
