Poor cylinder delivery
The staff are not good behaviour.My cylinder are booked last 20 days but not delevery.I CONTACT THE agency by phone and I pray please send my cylinder but the staff answer me tomorrow send your cylinder .That the prosses are continue last 15 days.sir please send the cylinder immediately.
Poor service
I am very upset with your agency for a few days every month on booking a gas cylinder, it is not available on time and no one picks up the phone in your office, I call 10 times a day, no one catches. Your service is getting very dirty.
Poor Gas Delivery.
I gas book on Sunday . Today is Thursday day 8pm no delivered gas cylinder but lineman not received phone & also office stuffs. very very third class services by agency
Bad service
One of staff name is chandrima, behaved like to much unprofessional and and very rude.she think all customers are beggar.very much disappointed that they people don't have minimum manners to talk but they hold the reception desk.just nothing
