   Dear Sir, Yesterday I called on 0755-4260328 at 13.05Hrs and discussed about my booking, he said your yrly quota is over now you can do the booking by next month only, as it was very needy to get a full cylender for us, as he said I have to pay Rs.1050.00(Extra Rs.100.00). I agreed and booked one cylender at same time. Also he asked me to you need it Today or Tomorrow, I said plz. send it Today and he has agreed. Today at 12.24hrs on the same number and asked him to getting the yesterdays booked cylender. He said you dont have any booking and you cant get any cylender this month. So I explained yesterdys full story, but his actitude was not a fair deal to the customer. I dont mind to cancel my connection with HP and start with other distributors where I can get smooth delivery and relationship. But bz of this kind of actitude it will spoil your distributionship too. As a good customer ( not a happy cutomer ) I brought it into your information.
