Misbehaviour of staff

Sir, I am the beneficiary holder of H.P from more than 50 years. My gas agency is M.S.K. DISTRIBUTORS HP gas agency, its address is Shop-67, Bldg. No.5/3, Rajesh Kalpak, Shaikh Mistry Rd, next to SBI bank, Wadala E, Antop Hill, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400037.I booked my refill on 03/09/2022.Number of time, When i called up in the mobile no. 85914 51012, No one had given response to the call. In between one girl picked up the call and i reminded her about my gas delivery status and she assured me that the same will be delivered soon . But today i.e on 22/09/2022 when I called up in the above mentioned number, this time one man picked up the phone.when i asked him about my cylinder delivery status and gave him instructions that "due to some family problem the members of my family is not available at home kindly delivered the same on coming Saturday i.e on 24/09/2022. In response he started arguing with me and warned me " yeh agency tumhare hisab se nahi chalti hai, mai aj deliver kra Raha hu, lena hai toh lo" . Lots of heated arguments exchange with me but the guy is not ready to co-operate.I am Government servant it is not possible for me to leave the office and come to home for taking delivery of cylinder. Instead of serving the customers your agency man shows his rude and harsh behaviour . I already mentioned that I booked my refill on 03/09/2022 which is almost 20 days but still I do not get delivery of the same .Instead I have to face such rude behaviour people, who don't know how to response their customer. It is therefore requested before you to kindly give training to your employees or owner how to response to their customer and fulfill their need in time . Kindly take the initiative and get resolve my grievance. Thanking you, Regards
