Very rude non cooperative and very poor service

The attitude of the customer service staff is very rude, non cooperative, extremely unprofessional. arrogant. I urge the Hindustan petroleum to kindly look into this matter on urgent basis as I have got this review after meeting many consumers of the same branch. I am raising this issue to the HP corporate and would follow this till resolved. At present condition I would apply for change in agency or rather switch to another service provider (Bharat Gas or any)

delivery of the cylinder

The delivery boy won't deliver as per our convenient timings. very rude. please change my gas agency to Vijayanagar colony. we working people can't keep our gas cylinder outside or to the watchman. earlier delivery boy will come even on Sundays or evenings.
