Complaint against paul HP gas company Emergency ph no
Hi, This is Arindam Das. Consumer no : 640927. Today night when I fitted new cylinder, I faced an issue with the knob. The knob was not lock with the cylinder valve also gas leakage from the valve. I have tried around 10 minutes but I failed. After that I called Emergency ph no : 1906 and explained the issue . After that they suggest me please contact to dealer on tomorrow morning . I was shocked . Please tell me what is Emergency service? How the ignore this type of Emergency issue? Where is safety? And how is the customers service? What they are doing ? Extremely Disappointed with HP Gas Cylinder Service
I am writing this feedback out of sheer frustration and disappointment with the level of service I have received regarding HP gas cylinders. The booking name is Utpal Majumder and the consumer ID is 604906. My recent experiences have been infuriating, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention. First of all the behavior of the distributor of Gas Cylinders, Sanjoy is so aggressive whenever we call him he does not answer the phone call also he sells the gas cylinders to others which we have booked and if we want the answer from him he just cut the phone call and switched off his phone. When we asked about the gas cylinders he answered that the store is not getting the orders yet. Over the last two months, he has gave us half-fill cylinders and if we just asked him about this matter he shouted at us very badly. I urge you to take immediate and effective action to rectify these problems. I demand better service, reliable deliveries, and most importantly, assurance that the gas cylinders provided are safe for use. Failure to address these concerns promptly will leave me with no choice but to explore other gas provider options. I hope it doesn't come to that and that you will take this opportunity to regain my trust in your services.
