Not getting cylinder delivery more than 15 days
Respected Sir. I am a customer of Binay Indane Sarvice.Gaya. My consumer number is 257682. In have book 3rd Sep but not got cylinder delivery. Then again booked on 6th Sep and got canceled massage on 11th Sep again booked on 12th Sep and canceled massage got on 15th. I have contacted Binay Indane Sarvice of and complained but till now didn't got the cylinder. The problem is from vendor side. the vendor used to take out gas from cylinder and sell it. I always use to take the weight of cylinder and in my last cylinder it is 5 kg less gas from the print weight and this the reason I am not getting cylinder delivered by vendor. Please suggest my what to do? Do I need to get my connection transfer to some other dealer. I want my problem solved at the earliest. Thanking you.
