Change of distributor

My gas connection has been transferred from jawaharnagar to hMt narbal without my consent thus distributor is 20 km away from my residence after contacting jakfed they said it has been done by Indian oil corporation .but it seems a nexus especially between ioctl manager jakfed and newly appointed distributor who has been given 2000 connections of existing stockist. By this has transfer my subside type have been with held and it is inconvenient to get gas from new distributor .kindly do need full. If my request is not considered I will be forced to approach higher authorities and consumer court .so kindly keep my connection active at jakfed jawaharnagar.
