Grievance redressal
Contacted Tushar Agency (Forest colony road, near cemetery) for new LPG connection for domestic use on 12th April, 2024 with all related documents and submitted. They (Vicky Kumar Rana-9297776637 & Ashish Chandra-9031689122) took 3940/- for the same assuring that the connection will be done by 16th April, 2024. Till date(25.05.24), I haven't receive any cylinder or connection or any paper related to this connection. Contacted several times and they replied the connection will be done as the earliest. They are misguiding by making fake promises and fake excuses and denying to refund the amount.
