I have booked a Cylinder on 16th November 2021 Sent Multiple reminders to the Varthur Delivery center over Whats App. Though the messages are seen, no Action. Tried to reach the Shiridi Sai Domlur office over Land line and the possibility to attend the Phones are only 75% to 90% Have escalated the Delivery issues on 4th of December and they promised the Delivery on 6th December Post 6th December, could not reach Shiridi Sai Domlur Local Varthur Delivery person no is Switched Off. Till 11th December the Cylinder is not Delivered. On 11th Date i got an escalation phone no of the Manager 9945518539 and he assured that he would do some thing and after that he also went unresponsive Very WOrst Dealer.

Refill till yet not received

Hello Sir/Mam This is umashankar sharma from Bangalore on 4th May'22 i booked refill from my registered mobile no and got the Acknowledgement and also the delivery chalan and in that message its clearly written as the refill will be delivered within 3days after 10th May i called and spoked to Sridi Sai Office a lady attended and told me that it will be delivered on 11th May Now tell us why should you people tell lies and making us fools,can i share these conversation and all the phone messages to social media that Sridi Sai Gas Agency are cheating customers in this manner I am Sharing the Receipt and Challan no which i received No:2-002051826651 Dated on 4th May Invoice Generated Rs:925.5 DAC No:8831 Kindly take immediate action to deliver Refill otherwise will make a complaint to Grievence Dept UmaShankar SHarma 9443839006
