Vedapushpa Indane Gas Agency, Devanahalli, Bangalore (Rural)

The services rendered by Vedapushpa Gas Agency at Devanahallihas been VERY GOOD right from inception when we entered their agency for a fresh Gas connection in 2019. Mr. Mahesh Babu , has been our contact person in Vedapushpa Indance gas agency. I t seems he really has some soft corner for "Senior Citizens". Whenver, I have approached him to help us out, be it at odd hours -- when the ONLY ONE Gas Cylinder refuses to light up the gas stove ( read Gas having been totally exhausted ) within the constraints, Mr. Mahesh ,has ALWAYS tried to help us out. Very recently, before leaving for Goa, in the evening , my wife realized that gas Cylinder had got exhausted. Hesitatingly, I rang up Mr. Mahesh explaining our predicament. While assuaging my feelings, he simply asked me to rebook on the day of our return travel and inform him before arriving home. In the meanwhile he also asked me to send him the DAC # ( I had earlier booked for one cylinder through their central Services) so that it can be cancelled by him at his end. Sure enough, on our way back, I did remind him. Within an hour of our arrival at home, the delivery man came to help us with a new Gas filled cylinder.
