Gas getting booked and delivered in my name without my knowledge
The workers at your agency are making fake consumer cards in customer's name doing the booking and selling it. Even when I have not done any booking there are a number of messages in my number that gas cylinder is booked and delivered. Recently when I actually booked a gas finally from the office, it showed delivered again the next day but I hadn't received any cylinder. When I called and inquired they told me someone has used a fake book in my name perhaps. This is pathetic considering I have complained before to them regarding this fraud.
