Rude when found leaning cylinder
These guys are just rude... When you give them more than what they are supposed to charge they are happy about that. Otherwise, they start arguing. In my case, this is the second time it happened... In the first place, the guy started fighting bcz he was overcharging and we questioned him. Today on 24th Nov 2019. The guy came in to deliver the gas. The cylinder was leaking... We asked him to replace the cylinder. What he told me " You can't check the cylinder by putting water on it and we deliver cylinder which is in good shape "It means the way they are delivering the cylinder and putting life in danger should never be questioned... Kindly look into this matter. Otherwise, I would have to talk to the nodal officer or Indian oil and their respective manager because they are putting a thousand lives in danger by providing useless service. Anyways I am sending a letter to India oil about this now. Either discontinue their agency or ask them to work politely and be cooperative with their consumers and listen to them
