Filing complaint against Shivshankar agencies delivery man, Karambakkam, Porur -- LPG authorised dealer

Dear Sir/Madam, Since there is ongoing construction for the metro rail system, CMRL has provided a pavement for residents. We can get ricebags, medicines, and other necessities using this sidewalk, but not LPG Cylinder delivery. I lodge a complaint against the deliveryman for not bringing the cylinder using the sidewalk and for speaking carelessly and rejecting our request. We have recorded the delivery man's irresponsible telephonic conversation too. For your kind information, we have been receiving this LPG cylinder from Shivshanakar agencies for the past 42 years. If this issue is not resolved right away, I will have to seek permanent redress in consumer court. Kindly take immediate action and see to it we get LPG cylinder without any trouble in future.
