   NON DELIVERY OF BOOKED GAS CYLINDER

   Sir, 1. I am a retired army officer. I have seen many Indane Gas distributors across India but NEVER SEEN such poor Gas Distributor like the Creative TT. Pvt Ltd, AKRA ROAD, south 24 Parganas. They cancelled my booked Gas at at their own. Also, the service of delivery boy is very very poor. When he comes no intimation is given.    Sir, Most respectfully I beg to state that I SK IMTIAZ HOSSAIN, of Panchur Jalandhar, PO - Bidhangarh, Kolkata - 700066, booked my gas more than 3 times due to Auto Cancellation by the dealer CREATIVE TECHNOTEX PVT LTD and repeatedly failed to deliver gas cylinder to my home with a excuse that service delivery boy not available due to health issue and no other service boy till now take initiative as such I am suffering a lot and deprive from gas cylinder service . Services are very poor rather than other as such I am requesting you to take necessary steps against concerned person responsible for the same and I would be obliged if my gas cylinder would be delivered to my home.
