Not satisfied
I visited VV car decors OMR (near perungudi toll), chennai branch. My experience was kind of worst. The staff is unprofessional, they fitted an old music system which was not even fitting in my car. The person didn't even bother to tell me that the model will not fit grand i10. On above of this he applied lot of scratches on my dashboard while fixing this unit. I asked him to be gentle while fixing the unit, he suggested me to sit inside. The work was so rough that my new car started looking an old car after this car decoration. If you really don't want to get your vehicle screwed in front of your eyes, avoid this shop. They were having lot of nuts and bolts spread in that area which caused a puncture in my vehicle immediately I came out of the shop. On above of this he was asking for 2% extra on card payments which is against the RBI rules. He didn't even give me a VAT paid bill. In short they : - fitted a wrong music system and didnt inform me in advance that this is an old unit which doesn't fit in new cars - put scratches on dash board - caused a puncture by not keeping the screws at proper place - didn't give a proper bill by which I can get warranty - cheated with the government by not paying VAT
Excellent service
I visited VV Cars, Metukuppam Branch for complete car decoration which includes music system, under chassis protection, seat covers, Floor mats etc . Such a professional work done that i was also given a complimentary car wash. The car was delivered in the specified time and certain changes which will improve my car's look was advised and i was fully satisfied . Seat covers-to my knowledge , it was the best in OMR .i have 4 cars which was done in multiple shops and one of my friend suggested me with this shop and the exact fit and comfort was so good when compared to my other car. the waiting period for the seat cover was mentioned to me prior to the order and the time taken to fit these covers were less than the estimated time. Music system- This shop has variety of higher end music system when compared to other shops who priorities for the margin, various types of music system's are available and the fitting was also done so neat and clean and also within the estimated time . Floor Mats- This shop is extremely good in floor mats, trust me - it is done properly with the liner and not with the other staff, both seat covers and the floor mats are extremely good and i cudnt find even a single wrinkle in my cover and the floor mats are been done so professionally that i can clean my car floor within 2 mins . no bits and pieces found , it was a single piece at the back so that the mud won't struck up in the gap . Very professional Behavior and quality work done. Strongly recommended :)

I visited Vv cars on last week to ask the stereo details. MR Vadivel explains about the speakers and shows me demo in assembled car , which was giving clear idea to fix and I installed all the speakers and amp woofer . Really loved the music which he installed in my i20 . Loved your work VV cars Team. All the best for you.

I'd visited VV cars to upgrade my existing audio in my Toyota Etios. I am much satisfied with their range of collections and Mr. Vadivel gave a brief review on the products. It helped me to choose pioneer 80BT, which was just awesome. Further, I'd upgraded my speakers and damped the car completely with dampmat, which made the quality of the music just awesome????. The cabin noise have come down to a great extent after the damping. I am delighted with their professional team in installing quality products. ????????
