No proper response and don't trust the timings mentioned

I have seen in Google that it is open on Sunday as well but when i can on Sunday they said that "today we have only sales and for service centre it's a holiday " but they did not mention this any where not even in their site. When i asked about y they did not mention this info, they said they did not been bother responding back. Again i came on Thursday at 10:30 and when i came up to reception there was a guy who was talking to his friend on phone and did not even care to respond , for next 5 minutes i was waiting for his response. After that he said the service centre is on first floor. When i came to first floor they said that service centre timings are from 11:00, but i have said that the starting time was 10:30 , they said yes the time is 10:30 only but we have to come and check what all the things need to be done and then we will start attending the customers at 11:00. Then i have said that if you guys start attending the customers at 11:00, then y u guys mentioned as 10:30, then again no response teyvjustbwnt inside and did not even bother responding. So guys be prepared to be ignored and least bothered if u ever want to visit this service centre or store.
