   Non Refund of money mistakenly taken for returned gold

   I am a regular customer of Tanishk. I purchased jwellery on 10/12/2016 under my GHS account and also returned Gold worth Rs 18000 but due to mistake at billing ,it was not accounted for.I called Mr Hahesh,Mr Imran and manager Mr Solanki who assured me that the money will be returned to my BOI account through which I made payment but it has not yet reached(credited) to my account for wich Mr Imran gave ARN no. 7202016346345145554579. Invoice No. TND/CM/5024 dated 10/12/2016 Total Purchase Rs 147291.26 Pl help me in getting back my money as the persons ai Tanishk Indore are helpless due to no help from your headquarter. Thanks and Regards
