Fraud company
They are one of the most irresponsible shops I have ever seen, zero customer support & service. Support staff is extremely unprofessional, bunch of frauds. I have registered a complaint and specifically told them in few days warranty will expire, hence request them to visit as soon as possible. However, they kept delaying it for 10 days and at last said, I will have to pay for service. I even agree to that and the solution offered was to bring the 2hp pump and starter to there shop then only they will be able to help. My warranty was for 1 year and they have deliberately not resolve the issue within time. I would highly recommend not to deal with such frauds like Supra Electricals. Shame on you Supra...
