   Bad experience // Unattended call and Disconnecting / 9496005137

   My name is Shiju V Nair resident at Pala . I was gone through a very bad experience with DDRC /// Kanjirapally branch today dated 19 th Jan . I tried to call on mobile number 9496005137 to check my daughter’s RTPCR test result . Phone calls not attending ,moreover disconnecting the call . As a result have to drove 25 KM to visit the branch . I came to understand that staff in charge was Meera and would like to bring her attention and find out the staff who was not answering my calls .
