Not satisfied with the Dell service center Shakepet
I have visited Dell Service center for Panel and WiFi issue after 2 days when i called him he called me stating that the laptop is ready. when i reach there i observed my WiFi issue is not fixed. i informed him to told that it will take 2 more days. after 2 days when i approached he tell me the same story that he cant fix the problem, and he is suggesting me WIfI devise to buy and use. 1, They did not call me once my laptop is ready, i need to keep calling them for the update 2, and just knowing that the lap of out of warranty he charged me 6650/- for Panel change 3, The way he interacts with the customer is not good 4, And the last thing he collects 2%charge for paying the bill using Credit card.
