Hi Our agents fraud to me by sell your policy jyoti sharma, Rashika Sharma, Atul this 03 person fraud to me he told I give you a loan 3 lacs rs. You take my policy And he not transfer any loan to my bank account, and mr. Atul give another dammy policy to me for lie me and give 02 policy I Am suffering from lot of financial problems cause your both agents I am tomorrow visit to your branch tulsi chamber thane west. You please cancel both policy and return my amount to my bank account as early as possible or I lodge a complaint in consumer court as a fraud case I already discussed to advocate in consumer court He told you first go to bharti axa branch and make application for cancellations of both policy and wait to 01 week Then write a complaint against bharti axa to consumer court as a fraud case Regards Salim B Sayyad 9987621461

False promises given of loan against policy purchase

To Mr. Karneil Singh, 1policy done of 42k, said will give loan of 5lacs, for that u need to pay 90k as gst charges, first they made me pay 45k stating to sanction loan need to pay first 45k, and 50% discount is given, and they purchased another policy than again after one month again said to pay another 45k for gst and I paid. They also said there will be a call from insurance com. Don't tell them u will get loan against this policy and as per their instruction I did the same. But now it's almost more than 6months have already invested 1.33lacs against this 3policies to get loan of 5lacs I now my condition is so worst that I hardly can manage my house hold expenses. Your people have cheated me and nobody pickup calls, Anuradha patil, Rashmi tyagi, Raghav Verma and mayank this people have cheated me don't have shame to cheat a widow lady. I have consulted my advocate about this and I am going to file a case against them and your agency in consumer court for cheating also have enough evidence that can put u in worst trouble. If u don't want to face any legal charges PL cancel all my 3policies and refund my amount within a weeks time. Have visited bharti AXA branch at Malad but they are not even ready to take application and they said u will have to continue this policies for the specified period. Now u Mr. Karneil Singh tell me how should I survive with my daughters. Either u solve my issue or else u will be put to charge to cheat the widow lady.
