   Invalid Idetity cards.

   I am the holder of health care policy no.570603502010000077. I have renewed the policy on 08/07/20. Your office had been sending me identity card of some other family for the last three years. The problem is that the address is correct but the photo is of some other family.During the recent renewal I have submitted a set of photos of my family along with the premium amount but even then your office had repeated the same mistake. So please make arrangements to send me fresh identity cards with relevant photos. Thanking You George Thomas
