   No Mediclaim got from new India assurance since from last 1.7 years

   No medi Claimed got from new India assurance, even we have paid all EMI without stopping & not claim registered more than 10 years. This is the first time we have claim for medical expenses& no any positive response from agent or New india company last 1 .7 years . All original documents submitted to New India assurance through our agent Mr. Rupesh Shet, Mahad branch- Raigad. Also submitted another copy with settlement letter (voucher) for further process. No positive response or any support from agent Mr. Rupesh Shet & his seniors as well as New India assurance customer care team to . Please find below information.
