COMPLAINT COOLPAD MOBILE

DEAR SIR , I PURCHAZSAE ONE COOLPAD MOBILE VIDE INVOICE 241 DT. 29 JULY 2017,FROM GADGET GLAXY MOBLI KC 120 ,KAVI NA SAID THAT WE HAVE DOWN LOAD ALL THE MAIL APP. AND NOW ITS IS OK. THE OWNER SH. RISHI PRAKSHJ IS VERY CLAVER AND HE TOLD THAt he replace the phone with in one month . but i visiteds four time bewwn 29th july 2017 to till dateds. he nether able to letter bright and broad. nor he can able to set the ring tone loudly. even after full volume .iam geeting miss call because it remains on silen tbeing full volume. so every time i have to made the calls to my friends aND RELATIVE. complaint reg. cool pad mgha 3 35031

Dear Sir, I purchase coolpad mobile ph megha 3 , 35031 from Gadget glaxy KC 120 . Kavi nNgar Ghaziabad.pin 201002 on 29th july 2017 for Rs. 7,999 . i was not satisfied because words on phon are too small to read. i told the sales man to get it broad. He made me fool and told that i have download all the re quired app. and words too. even the volume on settiong made full but it remained on silent and thus i am not able to get the call and i have to done all the missing caLL. My daughter is married and living on distance place ./ my son, he has to go out of station mostly due to his work. i am 73 years old lady lilving mostly alone, that is why it is not possible to visit again and again to the dealler , even than i visited 5 times to the shop but every time he told to made all the requiste setting ,but he could not able to do. .so it is requested to either replace the phone or get prperly set. it is warranty period. .dealler told me that you can not change the phon, when ever he told me ,yo can change the mobile within one month at the time of purchase . but now he refused to do so . kindly look into the matter and solve my problem and obliged. santosh Sharma [email protected] mobli 9990311056 1205.tower 4. COOLPAD MEGHA3 MOBILE COMPLAINT

I purchase coolpad mobile ph megha 3 , 35031 from Gadget glaxy KC 120 .
