   Misguiding to customer, very uneducated person sitting at Branch

   As today visit to branch for some query about of personal loan, and i have asked to them, have any option for personal loan part payment and yes bank employee told me yes you can pay by cheque or cash. after that i have bring the cash 69k for par payment, while we doing the payment, the person is told me here no facility to do the personal loan payment. Nonsense, if facility is not available, then why not share right information to customer. Very dirty and poor services, before taking loan the teams was told have very good facility, after taking the loan very nonsense. do not take loan from personal loan, otherwise \you will suffering like this.
