Worst customer experience
1. Today I had the worst customer experience. Representative Indumati at Rajkumar Road Rajajinagar branch spoke to me very rudely. I was already informed by Rajesh that my order has reached the shop from godown. I reached to collect around 4:30 I was made to wait for 20 mins and I left my meeting and went to collect she said items are in dump we can’t look for them. Later she said, I tend are in godown, she will send it today around 7 . I had told her tomorrow plumber it’s coming in the morning I need the items by any cost. She dint call me at 7 so I followed up calling her. She spoke very rude to me saying today we can’t get the items and morning also she will check. I asked to put to the manager she disconnected. This was unexpectedly rude behaviour today. 2. Another day, We had to order extra five boxes of tiles. Nobody of ur transporters were ready to get it from the gowdown. My house is near Navrang. We were also flexible to collect it from the shop. One representative named Darshan Rajkumar road Rajajinagar branch said before us said “ ask customer only to go and collect it from godown. “ Completely inappropriate. These two are the incidents I faced in your store and from your representative. I need to talk to manager and escalate this issue. I need a return call back. Bhanushree 9742463493
