The owner of this shop is a cheater, i purchased 6 hindware wc from his shop, he insisted to give 100% payment before dispatching the products to my house and kept saying meri gayrantee hai product ki koi dikkat hogi mai change karunga... i did the payment and he sent all 6 defected wc at my house and upon complaining he said u have the bill contact company and dont bother me... this person and shop is of no use.... dnt waste ur time here... it has been more than 2 months i have still not been able to get the seats replaced from company because he and the sales and quality and service guys of hindware are all a gang and exploit customers... stay away from this shop... u will lose money and ur peace of mind... attached are photographs of the defected pieces he sent to my house.
