Poor quality
I am Geethu, bought a pair of sandals worth 2800 with one year warranty from Inch5 on 27/10/2016. I used the product just 2 months and its elastic bands get loose. I approach the store for replacement for the same. But they refused and offer a service. I dont have any option left and I give for service. I got my sandals back after a month and it was worst damaged and I couldnt use it because of its tightness and the damage to it caused while service. I am extremely disappointed and I could not use that product any more. I need an urgent call back and replacement at the earliest. please contact me at 8281925865.
