   SIM NOT ACTIVE FROM 2 WEEK

   I HAVE TAKEN A NEW CONNECTION OF SAME NUMBER AS IT WAS PREVIOUS, WHEN I HAVE TAKEN THE CONNECTION THEY HAVE INFORM ME IT WILL ACTIVATED 4 HOURS BUT STILL MY SIM CARD WAS NOT ACTIVATED I HAVE TAKEN THE CONNECTION ON 09/08/2017 IT WAS ALMOST 2 WEEKS MY WAS NOT ACTIVATED TILL NOW. SO KINDLY RESOLVED MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

   one of staff was very rude she don't even have the manner how to behave with customer. Really she was annoying one she don't deserve that post. so rude

   M -9864057725 post paid to prepaid transfer no call rec'd for verification and activation. Also the 4G sim provided will fit normal handset and not smart phone.

   I have taken a replacement sim same no. 7086657223 they have inform me it will activate in mid night but it's not till now I am very disturb it's third time to activation but not done the same please help me as soon as possible.

   Very bad dealings with customers

   Need qualified men/women in the stores for easy access to the shop and for fast resolution of problems. There is inordinate delay caused due to lackadaisical attitude of staff or their inadequate knowledge in the field.
